Rovio launched a soft release of Sonic Blitz version 2.0 in the Philippines on Android, shifting from a collectible card game to real-time Team Battler RPG combat with free-movement running levels, Ability Cards, new animations, and a Story map. True. I know Donkey Kong was originally going to be a Popeye game before Nintendo lost the rights. But i still regard it rather a stretch.
