Though, I heard there is a way to make delisted games available to download if someone else has the game, not sure how it works though.

I don't think that's an official way to get it.

There is no ifficial way, that's how Steam wants it for delisted games.

I must had missed her. I don't mind spending straight up money for content I want as long as its cheap and only every now and again.
