I haven't played PSO2 in awhile (Still on Episode 5 and yet to achieve the Hero Class which I want) but I took a bite out of New Genesis.
I dunno the full story of New Genesis but whenever you're playing as a brand new character or continuing your old one they're both practically seperate games from the same start menu. As in If you have a Lv100 character with all the rainbow-star equipment well tough luck 'cus as a "Meteorn" you start off fresh at Lvl0 and no items or equipment other than the clothes off your back.
As for changes to the original PSO2 game... well I can tell there is new lighting and filters, perhaps even cubemapping for certain textures but the environment models still seem the same as before. As in Naverius still looks the same but a bit more shiney here and there.
As for why the current wedding theme in PSO2 lobby I dunno. Is someone who works at Sega getting married?

So I started playing PSO2 last year, a few months after Sonic's last anniversary event. So I've seen PSO2's events for Summer, Halloween, Christmas and other various events. But from all the events I've been looking forward to see is Sonic's  anniversary event.

So, here I am.


Honestly, a bit dissapointed. I mean yeah the decorations and Station Square theme is nice... but that's about it. Xia is not standing infront of the statue so that means no Sonic-themed Urgent quests or camo's to collect. I even tried saying "Gotta go fast" to see if I can unlock those masks from last year but to no avail.

Other than the plaza and gate being decorated, what other Sonicy things to do on PSO2? I think Nyan has a Sonic get-up and I could potentially unlock the Sonic Knuckles but yet to encounter him.

I think the decoration looks nice.

I remember seeing flying Sonic Doll and also Sonic costumes,
but those don't have anything to do with anniversary, right?

I like the Sonic suit, I just wish I can use a Colour Changer Pass on it. Make it the same colour as my current suit.

Puyo Puyo !! Quest x SEGA All Stars Collaboration Event

From June 23rd (Wednesday) to July 7th (Wednesday), Puyo Puyo !! Quest will have a collaboration event with many "SEGA" characters.
In this collaboration, in addition to the Sega characters that's already appeared in the past, "Matoi" and "Quna" from "Phantasy Star Online 2 Series" and "Love and Berry" from "Fashionable Witch Love and Berry Series" will appear.

Farley is Now Playable in Idola Phantasy Star Saga Global

A lieutenant of Lindsey in the Principality of Canseed.
Gentle, but especially good at heavy bombardment, she is an excellent soldier who can fulfill any task without hesitation.
As a gourmet who is keen on 'food', she is a rare good cook in the Canseed army where no one cares about the food.

I just realised, doesn't matter if I ever unlock Lv75 for Hero class that I want, I'd probably have to unlock it again in New Genesis.

I know there are PSO2 players who are skilled at speed-leveling but I'm not. Leveling my primary class was easy but for some reason I'm slow at leveling my secondary even though I switched them around.
