Altered Beast, SEGA's 1988 arcade classic, comes to the SNK Neo Geo as a native conversion, in two editions: cartridge (AES home console and MVS arcade) and Neo Geo CD. Punch and kick your way through the five rounds, collect the spirit balls and turn into a werewolf, a dragon, a bear, a tiger and a golden wolf to rescue Zeus's daughter.

The game logic is the original arcade program, running natively on the Neo Geo's 68000. Graphics, sound and display were rebuilt for the Neo Geo hardware: no emulation of the original board."
