Dang. The best chance I think is ... waiting until government went too far (or immigrants went too far in your country's case).
That's gonna cause riot and they'll be forced to listened.
Just like in Nepal, Indonesia, Philipines, Australia, and Peru.
That's likely to happen.
I'm told "things will get worse before they get better", but I've been told that the last decade or so. So how worse is worse before things'll get better?
