She just want an easy life.
That's why she's interested when Uncle said about how idols in Japan are getting rich by just "being pretty and singing".

She will get far, that's for sure.

Mecha Sonic's Betrayal Tragically Undermines Scrapnik Island

Quote
It initially seemed as though Scrapnik Island might be establishing the logic of a potential happy ending to the Sonic franchise, as it confirms that Badnik's can be reprogrammed en masse, given back free will and a sense of morality.
However, Mecha Sonic has shattered that perception, as despite being part of this community, encountering his old nemesis has dragged him back into evil.
Of course, Mecha Sonic was always created to 'replace' Sonic in the world by killing off the original, leaving Eggman free to enact his plans.

Mecha Sonic has little choice in the matter - it's Eggman's programming, for him to replace Sonic.
Only Eggman could change his program ... for now.

We all go a little mad sometimes…especially when you were created by an evil scientist.
Poor Mecha Sonic never stood a chance.
As his plan reaches its final stages, Tails, Sigma, and the Scrapniks race around the Death Egg to save Sonic.

I read the story. It's actually has a rather wholesome ending. Kinda hoping we'll see more of Mecha Sonic. Maybe he will fill IDWs role of Shard.

Same, I kinda like him so hoping more of him.
Back then it was so cool seeing him going super saiyan when playing as Knuckles and then the end boss theme started playing.
Definitely one of my favorite boss fight.

I didn't have Mega CD back then so I'm more familiar with Mecha Sonic than Metal Sonic.
My first knowing of Metal Sonic was from Sonic OVA, not from Sonic CD game.

I noticed a bit of a continuity error...

Either Scrapnik Island keeps up with Eggman news after the Dreamcast-era or how come Mecha Sonic remembers Dr. Eggman in his current appearance when most of his prior memories were of S3&K?
