Ahh.. You're right. Ewok. I forgot about them.

In my country's eyes, both are big since both Britain and Japan have invaded  my country back then.
The difference is most British (and also Dutch & Portuguese) knew and admitted that history while most Japanese youngster didn't even know their past militarists' cruelty to Indonesia.
History is being taught at Japanese junior high school but WW2 or later is the last part of history course where students are already busy for examination of high school.
I don't want to say "sorry on behalf of Britain" because, well, it was long before I was born. And I find it kind of arrogant when citizens of a country use "we" to refer to historic events and battles their country partake in.

French guy: I hate the English for what they did in the battle of Waterloo!
Me: Can you even point to Waterloo on the map?

Truth be told I can't point to Waterloo on a map. I never served in any war so I think it's unfair of me or any British citizen to use the royal we when referring to British history.

And as a Brit, I can see why some countries out there don't like us. I bet the EU representative only knowother countries by whenever or not we conquered them at one point.

It's all in the past.
While I wasn't born yet, my father has experienced Japan invasion.
Japan was the cruelest invader among all invaders but now ...  many youngsters are otakus.
Even I enjoyed games and manga from Japan.

8-bit and 16-bit character outfits usually are that simple.
But the purple wig and the ears are the most important of Nei cosplay though, not the outfit.

Yeah WW2 brought out the worse in most countries, especially Japan with cruel militaristic practices not to themselves but to the enemies... But I'm glad I'm not the only one who believes that what happened to Hiroshima and Nagasaki was just too much, too tragic and horrible, even for them.

That's true. The anime with the guy who made Japanese dolls and the blonde cosplaying girl showed me just how much dedication and effort goes into the cosplay scene which I didn't even realize. So the right wig is important.

I haven't watched the anime but I already read the manga (the anime based on).

Nuclear weaponry was perhaps the cruelest invention, most darkest day ever in human history.

For some reason, the outro theme reminds me a little of Green Hill theme, I can imagine SiIverGunna mashing them together.

And the scary thing is ... those weapons are still exist.

The song is too cute to my taste, but the music does share some similarity with Green Hill Theme.
