The running gag was whenever he was lying or not given it was highly doubtful Ugly Sonic had such a gig.
Turns out he did.
Ugly Sonic leads the FBI to arrest Pete, so he's definitely one in charge.
The thing he said getting a TV series where he ride along side the FBI could be a lie so that people won't suspect him if he saw them hanging out ith FBI.
Well.. He's only showing up three minutes on screen so different interpretation could happen.
For me, I don't think this movie is insulting Sonic, and I believe SEGA and Paramount are okay with it too.
