Thanks for the info about the processors.  That's good news.  I guess I'll take a good look at the video cards when I get home.

I also wonder if you could play it from multiple locations, like you can with WoW.
Well, if there's no restriction in changing the graphics card on a Mac, that is, if you can use any card that is used by PCs, I would recommend something around Radeon HD4670 (price is in the $65-$75 range), or Radeon HD5670 ($80-$90).
There's also the Geforce GT430, GT240 and GT440, but the GT430 costs the same as the HD4670 and is weaker, and the GT240/GT440 costs the same as the HD5670 and are weaker.

Don't think so, the X1600 is below the minimum requirements.
The best X1600 barely matches the Geforce 7600 series, and I heard that the X1600 used for the iMac was the worst of the bunch, the Mobility X1600 chip, which only matches the Geforce FX 5900 series :

That one...no idea...I think it barely meets requirements, it's possibly just a little bit worse than the 7800GT...
Will it be able to handle PSO2? Maybe yes, maybe not...who knows...

Emmett, you have money don't you? =P

Just buy a Mac Pro. That would defiantly run PSO2, probably at fairly high settings too XP

Any of the current iMacs should be able to handle PSO2 as well, they're all above the minimum requirements:

I have some money, but I am also married and have a baby due in August.  I can't keep buying computers.  I have 5 Mac Minis (one is going to be repurposed into a baby monitor), 1 Macbook, 1 Macbook Pro and 1 iMac.

The Mac Pro is nice, but I feel like they are so expensive by the time you get it configured and expanded the way you want it will either be dead or obsolete.  ONce with my Quicksilver G4 I fried the motherboard putting a firewire/USB combo card in.  Ever since then I decided not to waste money on towers.

I agree.  I think in order to keep my marriage intact I need some computers to die before I buy any more.

Unless I sell some...
