I dunno how the Yoshi games ended. I think the first Yoshi game ended with baby Mario delivered to his parents, but I think there was a sequel so I dunno why Baby Mario returned to Yoshi land.
It also made me wondered if the reason why Princess Peach never accepted Mario's advances is because she is too innocent. Like "sex" is just not a thing in the Mushroom Kingdom. When a couple gets married after awhile a literal stalk will show up to deliver them a baby. Yoshi's Island game prooves it.
May be because he felt loved from the Yoshi more than his own family's so he returned there.According to this article, Peach is believed to have been 15 years old during her first appearance in the franchise.So no wonder if she feels too innocent.Same thing to Daisy :
