Jordan Mechner should be the one who sued Disney since the game came out before Disney's Aladdin movie.
But I guess fighting against Disney lawyers would be too costly and probably just best to put your time into something else.

I wouldn't oppose a Shinobi movie with Hotsuma as long as Joe Musashi still have a significant role. Though I imagine if we ever get a Shinobi movie it will be a lot like Enter the Ninja. Though if anything like the Sonic movies (if part of an SCU) I can imagine it the right balance of awesome and campy for everyone to have a good time watching it.

They could bring him up in spirit, figuratively speaking, not as in a ghost. Just have flashbacks of how significant he is to the plot.

But I'd rather have Musashi as the protagonist of a Shinobi movie, especially if it's SCU Earth.

His entire clan was betrayed and obliterated.

Jiro Musashi (Joe's father) has same fate too,
but at least he survived to rebuild the Oboro a new while Hotsuma is *spoiler*.

Life on Mars: Genesis is a "MetroidVania", (a mix between Metroid and Castlevania - Symphony of the night) where you can freely explore the map, acquire new skills (double jump, run...) that will help you explore even more areas of the map, acquire and upgrade new weapons (grenade launcher, flamethrower), increase the capacity of your shield (health) and your power generator (stamina), etc.

This game is a reimagined adaptation of our previous release "Life on Mars" for the MSX2 computer and "Life on Mars Remake" for PC on Steam.
The setting is a bit like "Aliens" and other classic 80's sci-fi movies:

A scientific colony was established on Mars and frozen life was found in the Martian ice, a bacterium.
Shortly afterward, Earth lost contact with the colony.
9 months later, a ship from Earth finally reached Mars and a technician was sent to repair the communications array.
Playing as said technician, you must find out what happened to the colony.

The first pre-order batch will last until October 1st.
Everyone who pre-orders the game during the first batch (before October 1st.) will be included in the special thanks section of the game manual.

The estimated release/shipping date is November/December of this year (2022).
Shipments will be made in order of payment and will last for 2 months.
