Yes, we still have a forum.
It just goes to show Sega has a sense of humour. If anything it kinda reflects how the merge with Sammy caused Sega to redirect it's interest in the amusement industry leaving video games as a secondary interest thus crippling Sega's reputation and quality.Having a resistance represented by Classic-Dreamcast era franchises could be regarded as the old spirit of Sega trying to beat the corporate giant it becomes.Plus, I can see how this game could be regarded as a sequel to SegaGaga if the Console War Race refer to Dogma from SegaGaga. If Sega wanted to, they could probably release a PC version of this game for consoles if they ever decided to re-release/internationalize SegaGaga.... Bloody likely that will ever happen.
While the setting's like SEGAGAGA, the characters are more like SEGA Hard Girls than SEGAGAGA.Personification of games this time rather than personification of consoles. Not featuring the characters from the games like SEGAGAGA, but they are now the games themselves.
I forgot to mention that, yeah I do see the similarities. But wouldn't that be a cool crossover? Sega Hard Girls and SegaGaga?I'm kinda legit interested in this mobile game now even though I know little of it. I really do hope Yoko Taro considers a PC adaption of it.
Under the influence of Ojisan, the Demon Flame Dragon resurrected in its mighty form, clad in sacred magic.Ojisan, Elf, Mabel, Alicia and the others are confronted by it.Everyone was stunned by the dragon's fearsome attack and recovery power, as well as the hopeless situation of being controlled by the dragon when approached. In addition, Mabel's loss of will to fight has rendered her unable to use the "God freezing sword," which is overwhelmingly powerful against the Demonflame Dragon.Just when it seemed that there was nothing that could be done, the elf announced a plan in front of everyone.
The teaser site for the mystery SEGA game has unlocked, and as expected it is a follow-up to the original NAOMI arcade and Dreamcast game Cosmic Smash. Titled C-Smash VRS, the game is a VR reimagining of the original game and is set to release on the PlayStation VR2. VRS stands for VR and Versus. A demo will be made available on March 23, 2023 and at the moment it is unknown if the game will remain digital or if a physical release is in the works. Now, I have to comment on one thing....
There's still hope it'll get PC version if it's a success, just like Ryu Ga Gotoku Online. The question is ... will it still be for Japanese only.

I checked the gameplay again, it's something like Tower Defense. Not my kind of game. Kinda dissapointed.
Oh... yeah that actually took wind out of my sales for it there.I was imagining it as an RPG story adventure set in a cyberpunk dystopian city ruled by an evil corporate of Sega.
