Oh. Yeah. It's still a little confusing sometimes. Just a few years ago, Barry decided to create an all-purpose gaming thread instead of having a "Sega gaming" thread and seperate "other gaming" thread.

I am personally looking forward to Far Cry 6 and I might even try the new 2020 Tokyo Olympics, depending on if it's an improvement over the 2012 London Olympics game.

Super Monkey Ball: Banana Mania and Sonic Colors Ultimate probably.
Switch version of Sonic Colors Ultimate might only be 30fps (unlike PS4/X1/PC version, 60fps),
but I just wanna play the game in handheld mode.

Already played Asian version of 2020 Tokyo Olympics (which has been released 2 years ago here, seriously),
but I'll play it again for Sonic costume DLC that would be released same day with western version of 2020 Tokyo Olympics.
It's fun, but tbh I still prefer Mario & Sonic Olympic version which has retro mode mini games like these :

Hmm. I don't really know much about Super Monkey Ball, other than watching the Angry Video Game Nerd play it on the Wii in his Christmas Carol episode.

Wow. Those Sonic games actually look very fun. I haven't played any Sonic Colors or Sonic Olympics games before. I mostly played the original Sonic and Sonic Generations, but I also had the misfortune of playing Sonic Unleashed.

Which part? The game's kinda different with its prequel (Sonic Boom: Shattered Crystal) since we had to switch between fire and ice power.

I wasn't sure at first because I had not played it since 2018.


This thread made me decide to try it again yesterday and I realized what my mistake was. There was a running platform on the ceiling that I did not see in order to go over some spikes. I felt like doing a facepalm when I found that out.

Same thing's happened to me while playing Sonic: Lost World (3DS) back then.

I got stuck on some level, I kinda gave up. Few weeks later I tried to play the game again, and realizes how I should play it on that level and finally finished the game.
