Just like Shemue III, this is what happens when Sega can't get their 💩 together. People ask for another Jet Set Radio game for years, Sega said no, Nintendo said yes. (Well, they're just allowing it on their console, but you get what I mean.)

I would ask if Sega could file a lawsuit over it but honestly I doubt Nintendo would touch it if Team Reptile were in the wrong about this.

Sales of Jet Set Radio for PS Vita weren't good back then, so I guess that's why SEGA is still hesitating to bring back the franchise.
Since SEGA didn't file a lawsuit over Taxi Chaos, then I guess they're okay too with Bomb Rush Cyberfunk.
