No, we're not getting "a glimpse" of the future; we're going to "see" the future. In a grand display of brass balls and total stupidity, Sony will inform us on February 20th of 2013 that the PlayStation 4 is ALREADY ON STORE SHELVES! That's right, ladies and gentleman. It will $999, have no pack-in game, PSN4 - special high-def internet service that only PS4 can interface with - will cost $65 for a one-year subscription, and there will only be 3 games available at launch. Those titles will be God of War: Kill All Babies, Twisted Metal: Revenge, and a brand-new IP....Fushyumang, an incredible MMPO experience where you take control of a demonic hamster from the 4th circle of Hell whose aim is to control Heaven, Hell and everything in-between.

Very doubtful, the team that was part of the whole PS3 launch have now been 'replaced' and the new team seems more interested in stupider shit. At least the PS3 launch was marked by 'HARDCORE' games. Now Sony is so intent in owning the Wii crowd that I would not be shocked if its a PS3U.

If it happens, let it. I'm most excited about the SteamBox. That means more console ports for linux/PC gamers.
