Yakuza 3 Remastered to soon become exclusive to Yakuza Complete Series bundle

With the upcoming release of Yakuza Kiwami 3 & Dark Ties, the digital edition of Yakuza 3 Remastered will soon no longer be available as a standalone purchase, publisher SEGA and developer Ryu Ga Gotoku Studio announced. Going forward, Yakuza 3 Remastered will only be available as part of the Yakuza Complete Series bundle.
Yakuza 3 Remastered is currently available digitally for PlayStation 5, Xbox One, and PC via Steam, GOG, Humble Store, and Microsoft Store for $19.99.

RGG Studio Promises Day-One Patch for Yakuza Kiwami 3 Demo Glitches

RGG Studio announced a v1.11 patch launching February 12 alongside Yakuza Kiwami 3 & Dark Ties on PS5, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch 2, and PC. It addresses demo complaints like flat lighting, oversaturation, and shading issues in the Ryukyu area, plus other improvements—though patch times may vary by platform.
While some praised the response, sarcasm abounds amid ongoing backlash over casting Teruyuki Kagawa, convicted of molesting two women in 2019, with no word from the studio on recasting him as antagonist Goh Hamazaki.

Here's their message:

"We have heard concerns from players regarding graphical issues and other problems present in the downloadable demo for Yakuza Kiwami 3 & Dark Ties.
Rest assured the graphical quality of the demo does not represent the final experience. We plan to have a v1.11 patch available at launch which will address the lighting issue and other quality concerns in the full game.

One specific example is the visual and lighting issues around the Kubochi River area in the Downtown Ryukyu area, which many of you have already pointed out.
This patch will include not just fixes for the issues identified above, but many other improvements. We look forward to sharing the final version of Yakuza Kiwami 3 & Dark Ties with our global audience on February 12th.

We appreciate your continued support of the Like a Dragon & Yakuza series."
