The SEGA Atlus Festival 2026 packed the Mall of Indonesia in North Jakarta, Indonesia with fans lining up to try out the latest games or purchase merchandise from the Japanese game publisher!
Taking place from February 7-8, 2026 at the Mall of Indonesia (MOI), the festival showcases key SEGA and ATLUS games with a variety of exciting experiences, including hands-on demos, cosplay community activities, meet-and-greets with influencers, and a special stage program.

Some of the games showcased include:

- Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds
- Sonic Rumble
- Yakuza Kiwami 3 & Dark Ties
- Football Manager 26
- SEGA Football Club Champions 2026
- Persona 3 Reload
- Persona 5 Royal
- HATSUNE MIKU: COLORFUL STAGE

Furthermore, fans can collect Rally Stamps to receive exclusive freebies.

SEGA is offering a mini-game of darts, photo sessions with cosplayers, and exclusive promotions for those who visit the game booth!
The sheer number of booths at each booth demonstrates the high level of enthusiasm Indonesians have for SEGA's IPs, especially big titles like Sonic, Yakuza, and Persona. Hopefully, more international publishers will hold pop-up events like this in the future.

Well, yeah. English is perhaps the most common language in the world.
I live in Wales. welsh was taught in schools but I never learned it. Never had the need for it. I only met 3-5 people in my life where Welsh was their primary language.

That's different for me. While school's primarily using Indonesian language, they taught Javanese and English language too.
I used mostly Javanese language for conversation in my hometown, including to my friends and parents.
It's after I married and move to another town that I started using Indonesian language. Especially since my wife and kids couldn't speak Javanese.

Well, the reason why English is the dominant language in (most of) Wales is mostly because England has been a dick to most of it's neighbours.

Actually they aren't allowed too but SEGA rarely to make a deal of it and turned a blind eye (as long as it doesn't went viral).
I don't know why this Yakuza one was shut down by SEGA but possibly because it has nudity.

After my friend shared me this, I decided not too since I was so tired, lol.

I guess that's how the history goes. As the core of the United Kingdom, England historically established dominance over Scotland, Wales, and Ireland through military conquest, political union, and probably the suppression of local languages and customs.

Hm, I know of a particular online business that sells lewd figurines based on licensed characters. Though they don't use the licensed names which is possibly a loop-hole of sorts.

Oh well, always another time.

Pretty much yes. It ain't pretty and some grudges persist (especially between Scotland and England) but we are still united as a kingdom.

Yeah, now the Yakuza fan merchs changed their name to "Crime Guys" merchs though we could always recognize that it's Kiryu or Majima.

Four hour standing in queue ... if there were chairs I probably wouldn't mind.

That'll work. And even if it doesn't have the logo, some would likely still buy it.

It just it wouldn't show up in the search button using the copyrighted franchise name so the seller has to actively promote them in their social media.

My butt's might be saved but not my back.

That could start as a foundation of a unity ... until some got political into it.

There is ... but in a form of online store.
