yeah but that's not saying much given the Saturn was mostly arcade ports with only a handful of exclusives. Not including Sonic jam, Sonic R and 3D Blast were the only two decent Sonic games for the Saturn, and calling them decent is debatable. Especially given Sonic 3D Blast doesn't appear to be mentioned again in Sonic Generations or Sonic Origins.
It's because you're comparing it with Saturn, not Mega Drive or Master System.
I know I'm saying it's a lot lot lot better than Saturn (with only Panzer Dragoon is the one that got a remake) but it's still also better than Mega Drive (very close though) and Master System.
Not counting Nintendo Switch SEGA Ages ports, aside from Sonic games right now Dreamcast legacy is still having more revival than Mega Drive or Master System ones.
