What about Hermione?
I saw some fanarts drew Hermione as a black person even before the series was announced.
(and of course none of black person as Snape fanart)
In Philosphers Stone, she was described "bushy brown hair, brown eyes, and large front teeth". Her skin was never clearly mentioned or described.
When Cursed Child was made in collaboration with Jack Thorne and John Tiffany, she wanted a black person to play as Hermione.
I imagine she approved of Emma Watson at the time of the films. But it shows that Hermione can be played by either white or coloured actress if suited for the role.
Ron however was described as "tall, thin and gangling, with freckles, big hands and feet, and a long nose". The Weasley family is also known for their red hair throughout the family. Freckles and red hair are common trait of european-caucasian people, especially of Celtic heritage like the Scots or the Irish.
Snape is descibed as "a thin man with sallow skin, a large, hooked nose, and yellow, uneven teeth. He has shoulder-length, greasy black hair which frames his face, and cold, black eyes. He wears black, flowing robes which give him the appearance of "an overgrown bat"."
Sallow means an unhealthy pale complexion.
I'm all for more coloured diversity in Hogwarts, but the Harry Potter TV series can't claim they're more book accurate than the movies if they're going to be pandering.
Actually Nintendo also don't care about some of their franchises.
All we see were just Mario, Zelda, Donkey Kong, Kirby, Fire Emblem,and Animal Crossing.
Almost nothing new of these now ...
It's still quite a handful with franchises dating back since the retro-era.
Sega's primary flagships are Sonic, Like A Dragon, Puyo Puyo, Two Point series and Total War. Sonic and Puyo Puyo are the only retro games they have, and Puyo Puyo wasn't Sega to begin with. Two Point and Total War were obtained in requirements.
And to be honest, Two Point and Total War are a rather niche fandom. Other than that, there's the phone games and PSO2:NGS which seems like a sinking ship at this point.
Power Surge feels like first time in forever Sega are giving a crap about their retro IP.
I'd rather Frontiers sequel right now.
Meh, I like open-zone gameplay but I'd rather have a new Adventure game with it.

Because we live in a mobile phone dependant culture, I hate how it's presumed everyone has a phone to play such games.
But I don't, so it annoys me how I'm missing cool events because Sonic Team couldn't get it on Steam.
