I wouldn't be surprised if Sega forgot about him. I mean, with such puzzle games out there like Bomberman, Dig-Dug or Bubble Bobble, you'd think Sega would have Pengo compete against those games.

Pepenga Pengo differs significantly from the original Pengo.
I know they try to innovate but sometimes simplicity is the best

and I do like Pengo's original gameplay.
