Well they are remastering the first game, so that would lead me to thinking that the battle system could be kind of similar? I think they are perhaps aiming to changing it up a bit for the better. Well hopefully

We really have no details on the battle system yet.

Apparently it's a 'new' battle system, and it has a name:
'LeGION' stands for 'Lead a Group Into Outrage & Numerous army'

Personal opinion but that just makes me more excited. Media Vision is one of my favourite developers and Wild Arms 3 was one of my favourite PlayStation 2 games, really happy they're back on console and hopefully Wild Arms 6 might happen one day. PLEASE SONY!
