What other Sega anime out there? I've already seen a few, but any I've unheard of?

I assume you already have watched Sonic X, Virtua Fighter, Shenmue, Bayonetta, Sakura Wars, and both Phantasy Star Online s1-2 anime.
So these might be that you haven't seen:
Panzer Dragoon, Chain Chronicle, Hero Bank, Shining Wind X Tears, Shining Hearts, Sands of Destruction, and Valkyria Chronicles.

Nice!!! All that's left are those three plus the newest and succesful SEGA's 2025 movie Colorful Stage! The Movie: A Miku Who Can't Sing (a good movie about depression and hope) but I watched in cinema so I'm not sure whether it's already available in internet or not.

Also if you want, you can count on these too.
They are from Creative Assembly, Atlus, and Rovio which are now part of SEGA.

Alien: Isolation - Digital Series
Angry Birds (Movie)
Angry Birds 2 (Movie)
Angry Birds Blues
Angry Birds Bubble Trouble
Angry Birds MakerSpace
Angry Birds Mystery Island
Angry Birds on the Run
Angry Birds: Piggy Tales
Angry Birds Slingshot Stories
Angry Birds Stella
Angry Birds: Summer Madness
Angry Birds Toons
Persona: Trinity Soul
Persona 3
Persona 4
Persona 5

There are also still more actually ...  like Go! Go! 575 (based on SEGA's Project 575 games for PlayStation Vita and iOS), Irodorimidori (based on SEGA's Chunithm arcade game), Petit Seka (based on Project Sekai: Colorful Stage! feat. Hatsune Miku), and Puyo Puyo Happy (short anime for kids based on Puyo Puyo) but I didn't list them since as far as I know there are no English subtitles for them yet.

Still waiting for Colourful Stage to be avilable for me in HD.

And I forgot to include Persona 5 anime, but yet to watch the old ones.

As for Angry Birds, I've seen the movies, but that's about it. I'm just not into Angry Birds. I especially think Rovio is a bad influence on Sega.

Sega: *Acquires Rovio* "We brought you. Now, show us your ways!"

Bad influence?
Nah, Sonic Rumble's success and wouldn't exist without Rovio.

But Sonic Rumble would likely be a game that would likely not be free to buy, but not freemium either.

No, it was already planned to be free to play.
SEGA wanted its own Japanese development team to create a hit free-to-play Sonic mobile game, filling a gap where existing Sonic mobile games came from external studios (SEGA Hardlight, Gameloft, and Gamefam).
But we know that while SEGA is really succesful in Japan for their mobile games, none of these games reached same succes in Japan when they're bringing it to the west by themselves. This is why they bought Rovio.
Sonic Rumble was their fruit after they worked together with Rovio.

But mobile games are still freemium games. Which means a quarter or half the effort put into the development of the game for it to mostly be an advert.
Perhaps one of the factors of their lack of success of mobile games international is because people are starting to be more aware how scammy Freemium games are.

Most gamers are already aware of how scammy Freemium games are.
It's more like Japanese gamer's taste are different with western's when it came to mobile games.
