I finally found it online!
The bonus 14th episode of Hi-sCoool! SeHa Girls!

This bonus was from the DVD boxset which was exclusive in Japan. So even if the thirteen episodes were uploaded to various places around the internet the fourteenth episode was never included... until I found this YouTube upload by chance.

It does have English captions... (though they appear to be rough, or maybe goofed-up translation) so it's possible to enjoy.

This is great, I haven't watched this one
(I don't even know that this is exist, lol).

Opening animation of "Puyo Puyo" featuring Arle and New Characters is Available Now

SEGA Co., Ltd. has released a new character, Hitoshi (with her theme song "Kokokara Motto! Puyopuyo !!!" sung by Ran).
They also released the first opening animation of "Puyo Puyo" featuring Arle and new characters.

The theme song "Kokokara Motto! Puyo Puyo !!!" is now available on Various Music Apps!

The theme song "Kokokara Motto! Puyo Puyo !!!" sung by the new main character of "Puyo Puyo" (CV. Saran Tajima) is now available on each music distribution service.
It is written by Takumi Yoshinaga, director of Sega "Super Puyo Que Project", and composed by Eiki Abe, sound director of Sega "Puyo Puyo" series.
The full version of the lyrics card is also available.
Please pay attention to the lyrics in which many "Puyo Puyo" characters appear and listen to them!

But then again we have Sega anime based on dinosaurs and beetles in rock-paper-scissors like battles.

Love Live Superstar Will Be Featured in Sega Cafes

Customers will get a random coaster mat or bromide portrait by purchasing any Love Live-themed food and drink in the cafe.
On a character’s birthday, people who enter the Akihabara cafe will also receive a birthday card of said character.

True. Yet we still don't have THotD or Virtua Gun anime. Though after the Virtua Fighter anime that's probably for the best.
