2021 TechRaptor Awards - Best Soundtrack Award goes to Persona 5 Strikers
Readers' Choice Winner too

Quote
Not to be outdone by Meguro's work, Strikers' original songs find the pocket right between funky and heavy. Songs like "Counter Strike," which plays during a major boss fight, features heavy guitars and drums that make you want to bang your head. On the flipside, Lyn Inaizumi's soulful voice soars above the guitars, infusing the track with a swinging melody, particularly in the verse.
This juxtaposition that matches the gameplay is the perfect example of why Persona 5 Strikers wins our Best Soundtrack Award for 2021. One moment, you're moshing while slaying demons. The next, you're grooving to the rhythm, thinking about your next move.

The SEGAbits Swingin' Report Show LIVE – Our Favorite and Most Disappointing SEGA Games of 2021

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NE-pjvCz7AQ

As for me, my 2021 favorite is Persona 5 Strikers, the game is fast, stylish, and fun to play.
Better than the turn based prequel, Persona 5 OG/Royal, since it's faster.
The most disappointing is Hatsune Miku Colorful Stage since it's announced to be released globally but turned out it's not released on SEA territory.
I don't care anymore whether the game is good or not, the hype is gone. I'll stick to Idola Phantasy Star Saga for mobile gaming.

IGN The Best RPG of 2021 Winner - Shin Megami Tensei V

Quote
Shin Megami Tensei V is one of 2021's richest RPGs. Taking a cue from Zelda: Breath of the Wild, it largely shuns dungeons for a more open-world approach, giving it a refreshing and modern feel without sacrificing its depth.
The crux of its gameplay involves capturing and raising demons, then combining them with other demons to create still more powerful monsters.

IGN The Best Action Game of 2021 Winner - Persona 5 Strikers

Quote
As an action spin-off to a four-year-old JRPG made by the developer of Dynasty Warriors, it’s easy to overlook Persona 5 Strikers.
It’s reasonable to assume it’s little more than a fluff-filled musou in the same vein as Hyrule Warriors, when in actuality it’s very nearly a full-fledged sequel to one of the best modern JRPGs out there – complete with an excellent story that picks up right where the original left off.

NE Best RPG of the year: Shin Megami Tensei V

Quote
Shin Megami Tensei V retains the addictive demon-fusing and punishing difficulty that the franchise is known for, but Atlus shoved all of that into a much different kind of world than we’d ever seen before.
Sure, we’re still waddling through the ruins of Tokyo as usual, but the rigid, modular maze dungeons are gone.

Demon Slayer: The Hinokami Chronicles is in the top 10 most popular fighting games on PC right now

Quote
What's extra wild about his is just how high Brawlhalla's numbers are compared to every other fighter on the list as the number one game overall but also the only platform fighter.
One of the biggest factors in Brawlhalla's favor as mentioned above is its free-to-play business model that only locks cosmetics behind real money transactions.

SEGA says they are satisfied with Shin Megami Tensei V sales
Has already surpassed Shin Megami Tensei IV’s lifetime sales.

Quote
We heard yesterday that Japanese sales tracker Famitsu announced that Shin Megami Tensei V has shifted 800,000+ copies worldwide, which means that it has already surpassed Shin Megami Tensei IV’s lifetime sales.
Here’s what SEGA has told investors: “At this point, the marketing of each title has been very successful and the sales status of “Shin Megami Tensei V”, which was just released recently has been quite good.”

‘Yakuza’ series sells 2.8million units on PC according to Sega

Quote
The success on PC was underpinned in the document by Sega’s growth strategy for the Yakuza franchise, which included a global roll-out of titles and multiplatform/multilingual support for each.
To prolong the life cycles of the games in the series, Sega also noted the support it has been giving to Xbox Game Pass.
