Because this new Hatsune Miku game is just a compilation from its two prequels plus 1 new song (only 1 new song!!!).
Considering it only features 1 new song, the sale's rather good.
I guess only those who doesn't have its prequels or die-hard Miku fan who bought it.

Anyway, for western gamers, since the two prequels had never been localized, this compilation is the only one they really need.
