That's why it seems like a losing battle for Sega. TGA could be crooked and can make Sega look bad whenever they want to or not.
But... I don't think that's entirely true, given what does TGA have to gain from this? It's really Sega's competitors that could benefit from keeping Sega in their place, but could TGA be that manipulative?

We don't know the demographic of the jury.
I assume they're North American citizen and around my age and older.
They probably grew up in Nintendo dominated environment so they'll love anything that's Nintendo related, hated SEGA ads that constantly mocking them, and love Playstation because it could beat SEGA back then.
If the jury was from Brazil
it would be a totally different story.
