If you've been anywhere near AliExpress recently, you'll surely have noticed a proliferation of modded Saturn consoles which have had their CD drives removed and are primarily intended for use with a Saroo flash cart, which allows all titles to be loaded from the console's cartridge slot.
There's a flood of these hacked systems coming out of China these days, often with transparent cases which show off the Saturn's internals. The idea is that by using a Saroo to load games, you don't need the CD drive, effectively making it a "Saturn Mini" due to the reduction in height. Some systems even come with bolt-on LCD monitors.
It's been assumed by some people that the consoles used in these mods have faulty CD drives, but even so, members of the retro gaming community are coming together to voice their concern with the practice, encouraging people to avoid buying them.

According to Bo Bayles, the hidden debug menu allows you to do things like change the name displayed below health bars, instantly change game difficulty, change magic potion count, disable the timer, disable blood, disable death, increase either character’s health, or even display what looks like hitboxes. The only reason I didn't get one sooner is that I don't have an Amazon account. But now it's on eBay I can buy one.

And it'll be here in a few days. I've been concern my XBox 360 controller has been getting on a bit, what with its drifty right stick, rattling sound and original Sonic Generations no longer running due to controller collaboration. I was concerned it maybe the same issue once Sonic X Shadow Generations was release. No point in purchasing the early release if I can't play it.

Not only that, but I can finally play Sonic Superstars. I couldn't before because I got stuck on the first Emerald Power tutorial due to my drifty analogue stick.

Did you say Retro-Bit will be/considering making Dreamcast controllers for modern PCs as well?

I'm proud to own this Sega Saturn controller, but when it comes to how comfortable it is holding it, it's not as comfortable as Dreamcast, PlayStation or GameCube controllers.
Still better than a small brick like Master System or NES though.

Coquelicot is the youngest member of the Paris Assault Force and lives and works at the Cirque de Europe in Paris where she is both an animal trainer and magician.
