Golden Axe | Official Announcement Trailer | Paramount+

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sStbBtfGaLA

Quote
Golden Axe premieres September 16 only on Paramount+.

In an homage to SEGA’s iconic 1989 video game, Golden Axe follows legendary warriors Ax Battler, Tyris Flare and Gilius Thunderhead as they reunite to save Yuria from the evil giant Death Adder, who just won’t seem to stay dead. Their quest is complicated by Hampton Squib, an inexperienced and wildly underprepared adventurer whose dream of heroism far exceeds his abilities. Forced to work together despite their flaws, they must find a way to stop Death Adder once and for all.

It's because Puyo Puyo Tetris' Tetris was based on SEGA Tetris series, not Atari Tetris, Spectrum HoloByte Tetris, or Nintendo Tetris.

Other than the cover artworks, all SEGA Tetris series lack Russian-representation.
Atari Tetris, Spectrum HoloByte Tetris, and Nintendo tetris were The ones that depicted Tetris as a Russian game, even with the tag "From Russia with love".
So Sega Tetris never adopted the Russian theme? I guess so. But still, with the animated series coming out that's nothing to do with Sega, you'd think they'd keep some Russian themes.
Nah, I prefer bright mode than dark mode. I love bright things since I'm a child of light.

Yeah, but when it's late in the evening and you only have enough light on to see, but the room is still dim, it's still uncomfortable to stare and a bright monitor.

May be the animated series would indeed keep some Russian themes, who knows. It's still too early to tell.

I guess. I mostly use smartphones and laptop so I forgot how it feels to look at desktop's monitor.

It seems to be set on another planet, I just doubt it.

Because having real giant blocks falling from the sky in earth would be weird, even if it's in Russia.
And it doesn't mean they will stay in one planet, they could also come to earth.

I'm always at my computer.

I used to back then. I miss those days.

True, but likely some fictional town or city in America.

I simpl prefer a wide, clear monitor while sitting on my comfy recliner, than the need to use my phone for everything.

Or France since the animation team is from there.

Well, if I was as wealthy as before it would be my pick too. Right now for me smartphone is cheaper option than a full PC.

New Mod Finally Allows Sega Multi-Mega / CDX To Run CD Games From Flash Carts

Quote
Modder Zaxour has produced a mod kit called the CDX Engine Idler. Retailing for $50, the kit requires a quite complicated installation procedure, so you might want to enlist the help of a professional (I got my Multi-Mega region-modded by the always brilliant Simon Lock, who informed me that working on this particular system is quite a challenge due to its small size and the amount of tech Sega crammed inside).
Granted, there's a very small pool of people who ...
