No, not purple nips.
The purple emeralds / jewels /  glasses are covering the nips.
Nip cover.
Something like protagonist from "Neta Chara Kari Play No Tsumori Ga Isekai Shoukan" manga used.



...  which of course raise another question, but I'm not sure I know the answer.
