Isekai Ojisan (Uncle from Another World) Volume 7 Debut is at Number 3
(Based on COMIC ZIN Weekly Tankoubon Sales Ranking)

Quote
COMIC ZIN’s list features a number of new releases that may be unfamiliar to you for the week between February 21 to February 27, but not for Number 3’s Isekai Ojisan Volume 7 which is a fairly popular title in Japan.
The series was last seen with the debut of its 6th volume at 53,998 copies sold in its first 5 days back between June 21 and June 27.
Last year, in the month of June, the title was announced to have an Anime adaptation set to commence this year, though on an unannounced date.
It also has up to four volumes officially translated in English by Yen Press.

Was there any other Fragile dream games ever made I should look out for?

Sadly no, not even mobile games.

Darn. What's worse than  a series of video games with a weak lore is the one lone video game with a great lore and oppotunity for sequels but never put-out.

Not just Fragile Dreams... In SEGA case, sadly there are lot of them too...

Ian Flynn Interview : On Working With Artists on Comics, On the Enduring Appeal of Sonic, and On Working With IDW Working With Sega

Quote
Q : Would you ever want to see a full-on Sonic comic video game?
Ian Flynn : Yes and no? Yes, because again, that would be just super freaking cool.
Like if they adapted any of the arcs that we've done into a game, that would be crazy awesome.
But I don't know how well some of them would translate versus others because with comics, what you have is the story as the main driving force, the narrative is what carries you from month to month. And you can tell your stories in these episodic formats.

It is annoying when Sega have a chance to compete with big hitters like Zelda or Final Fantasy but never commit to it.

While Nintendo were only focusing on console business, SEGA were also busy competing with Namco, Capcom, and Konami in arcade, not to mention managing 1.000 arcade centers at their highest peak. Their focus were too diverse.

Uncle From Another World (Isekai Ojisan) anime adaptation is scheduled for a July premiere date in Japan

In the trailer, Takafumi asks Uncle what his friends in the other world were like, and Uncle remarks on the verbal abuse he received from one of his companions (shown to be a female elf).
Takafumi realizes that the elf was just being tsundere.
Unfortunately for Uncle, tsundere was a character concept that only really hit the pop culture mainstream around 2004, long after he had had departed to the other world.
