Tyson Hesse's art for Sonic The Hedgehog #50 :
Dude could make his own sprite sheet if he wanted.
Yeah, he is literally everywhere...Comic, games (Mania and Origins), animation, and movie (new design)...
Did Paramount, or at least Tyson Hesse allowed Ugly Sonic in Chip 'n Dale?
Yes, Paramount. Ugly Sonic's cameo was quite complicated legally considering the character is property of Paramount and the Chip ‘n Dale movie is a product of Walt Disney Pictures. The studios' lawyers had their hands full coming to an agreement, which Schaffer attests to, but they clearly made it work in the end.Source : https://screenrant.com/chip-dale-rescue-rangers-ugly-sonic-cameo-response/

Rossa is acting a bit off!Is she involved in some kind of dangerous deal?
It's more from the Director (He loves Sonic) than from from Disney themself so I doubt it will be more than this. At least for now...
Disney would buy and conglomerate if given the chance.

The first instance occurs after Sonic, Sally, and the Freedom Fighters venture into an upside-down parallel universe to thwart an oncoming invasion from their evil counterparts. The council soon puts Sally on trial for her actions in issue #197 as she led the invasion without the council's permission
