Capoeira Boy should have a star, it's available for free download and there is no plan to bring to cartridge.

ASAP Plz should not have a star, their website claims it will be brought to cartridge.

Pedro Soares: "The Japanese version of Paprium has some cool tidbits such as Showtime appearing at the bottom of the screen à lá Mortal Kombat II and the track name for each level showing up as well. To enable just pause the game and hit A,B,A,B,A,B. You'll hear sound confirming it.
You can also set the region in the core to JPN. Everyone really needs to have this feature enabled to be getting the most out of the game lol"
