Nick Robinson says SEGA is working on Super Monkey Ball 3 via voice actor interview

Quote
According to Nick Robinson, the voice actor is under an NDA, so you can view the interview at this article where he tries to dance around questions during the interview with Nick trying to fill in the blanks with his thoughts.
So this confirms that the original Super Monkey Ball announcer is working with SEGA, where he has recorded one session.
A lot of the interview is speculation since the voice actor isn’t allowed to confirm what the actual game is.

Super Monkey Ball Ticket Blitz
A fairly different take on Monkey Ball

Quote
I found the game to be a nice, short burst of fun.
It’s a fresh change of pace controlling Aiai instead of the stage and it really puts a bigger focus on collecting bananas.
Something I didn’t really give much thought on the console games.
The change in gameplay turns it from a faster paced skill game to more of a platformer.
In the second level I played, it got very difficult as I made my way around moving platforms and bumpers trying to knock me off the stage.
If done right, this could be a great new way to play Monkey Ball on consoles.

Selecting Sonic will change all bananas to rings, and sound effects will be replaced by classic Sonic sounds.

Classic SEGA Ads: Super Monkey Ball 2 is like a party but better than a party!

Quote
To promote the games in America, SEGA took that childlike excitement and put it into the bodies of adults for a series of TV commercials.
This resulted in a bizarre yet funny campaign of child voiced grownups who are incredibly excited having played Super Monkey Ball 2.
I would not be surprised if these are actual reactions from kids who just played the game, an element that really lends a bit of realism to an otherwise unbelievable commercial.

Super Monkey Ball Banana Blitz HD
An A-Peeling Remake?

Quote
Controls are much improved over the Wii’s original Wiimote setup, though SEGA has yet to really replicate the precise controls seen on the GameCube releases.
It’s hard to describe without trying it for yourself, but Banana Blitz HD doesn’t feel as precise as the GameCube but is far better than what a Wiimote or iPad accelerometer would provide.

Super Monkey Ball’s Matt Brian Teases :
"November 5, 2020. Finally! Video shall be released!"

Quote
Let’s say that a new Super Monkey Ball was supposed to be announced by now, if that was the case then SEGA should already have something to show off.
So with that said it is possible that they may have something to reveal on the date that the announcer claims to be November 5th

Super Monkey Ball Gaiden

Super Monkey Ball Gaiden is a pack created by Cutsman and released on June 23, 2020.
This hack would be critically acclaimed and Cutsman would later go on to be a level designer for the game Rolled Out!
