I guess so. Still feels a bit... awkward that Sega can't develop or produce their own classic games. Sure, it's better than nothing, but it kind of makes Sega look a bit incompetent, with it's only saving grace being they allowed third-party companies to develop and produce their IPs.
It's not that Sega can't, pretty sure they can if they want, they just don't want to.
They prefer to put their classic games in their Yakuza/Like a Dragoon games.
Have you played Like a Dragon: Pirate Yakuza in Hawaii?
That game has Space Harrier 3D, Poseidon Wars 3D, Star Jacker, and The Ocean Hunter in it.
