I just think... a great veteran actor and they're giving him another mad scientist role.

I mean sure, I go on about a cameo from Tom Cruise to represent Afterburner, but I would find that clever. Just saying they could have  Lloyd for practically anything but instead type-cast him as a scientist.

Despite the ongoing actors' strike, Sonic the Hedgehog 3 will begin filming, focusing on CGI scenes without actors, to ensure it meets its 2024 release date.

The Sonic the Hedgehog 3 Paramount Plus streaming release date is expected to be January 2025. The upcoming film has a theatrical release date of December 20, 2024.
