My bet is Uwe Bowl's "The Castle of the Dead" considering how fast the first movie was made.
Principal photography for Uwe Boll's House of the Dead (2023) took just one month.
The shoot ran for roughly 32 days, beginning on May 8, 2002, and concluding on June 10, 2002.

Hm, true, but if he were to put more effort and budget into Castle of the Dead, the development may take longer. After all, on returntozombieisland.com, he states that he has a six-day shoot at Burgruine Münzenberg on September this year.

Unfortunately the budget difference is too high.
The House of the Dead (2003) movie had a production budget of $12 million.
In contrast, "23 Years Later — The Castle of the Dead" had an estimated budget of under $1 million.

On the other note, Paul W.S. Anderson's upcoming, official reboot of the House of the Dead video game has much much larger budget ... $50 million.

Paul is going to blow Uwe's movie out of the water, and I'm going to laugh about it.

Netflix Developing Live-Action Persona Series with Stranger Things Producers

Quote
Writer and showrunner Christopher Monfette, known for Star Trek: Picard and 9-1-1, leads the project alongside executive producers from 21 Laps, the team behind Stranger Things, and Story Kitchen, fresh off Sonic the Hedgehog. The Persona franchise, with over 30 million units sold since 1996, mixes teen drama and mythical Persona summons against shadows; no specific game is confirmed yet, and details like casting remain secret.

SEGA President Shuji Utsumi says if Sonic is doing good, SEGA is doing good

Quote
"Sonic kind of exists as a symbol for SEGA, if Sonic is doing well, then I think the whole company will do well too. Actually, certain developments were only made possible because the Sonic movie did so well, and we hope to be able to use this and connect it to the success of our other IPs.”
He also talked about Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds not hitting sales expectations:
“I think last year was pretty tough. As we already talked about, there was the difficulty with ...”
