Added Putt It! Par-Tee for Arcade

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eb2ew_oThDo

Quote
Get ready to tee off with Putt It! Par-Tee, the exciting new skill-based redemption game from SEGA Amusements that combines the thrill of mini golf with the classic fun of an alley roller. This fast-paced game features a vibrant, cartoon-style cabinet, dynamic lighting, and an interactive playfield that puts players right at the heart of the golf action.

Up to six players can join the fun by linking three two-player cabinets, turning every round into a social, competitive mini-golf showdown. Players are paired with one of six quirky characters – Zorq the Alien, Hazel the Witch, Captain Mulligan, Dimples the Clown, Unit 32 the Robot, and Dr. Eagle – and race to score big as their characters progress across themed levels on-screen.

Presented in a quirky, golf-themed cabinet, Putt It Par-Tee features an individual player display so everyone can track their character’s progress. Spectators can also join the fun using the top-mounted billboard display, which shows all the action and keeps the crowd cheering.

Using a golf club, players putt balls into seven scoring holes before time runs out. Sink a shot, and another ball is automatically dispensed. In the final ten seconds, the Double Points Final Shot kicks in for an all-or-nothing finish. Score big, win tickets, and have a Par-Tee!

Subsoccer Arcade is the perfect crowd-pleasing football game that can turn any corner of your venue into a revenue hotspot. Intuitive, fast-paced, and fun, each 90-second seated match is ideal for all ages - keeping families and friends entertained and encouraging them to stay longer. Right now, I'm more interested in what to play games with.
  • Steam Controller, which has more buttons than I know what to do with, but imagine Crossworld while using the entire controller as a steering wheel!
  • Steam Frame, been wanting to get back into VR gaming for a while. Given most of my gaming is on Steam, I'd say it was worth waiting for their new VR headset over buying whatever current in the VR market. Also, fuck Meta!
  • Dreamcast Pro Controller (if any), pity Retro-Bit didn't release their Dreamcast controllers by Christmas marketing. Still waiting to see how that goes. More on my thoughts about it here.
Given my interest are mostly Sonic-orientated, other than mobile and comic content, as yet Sega hasn't announced anything brand-new for Sonic in 2026. I'm hoping for either a game announcement, or Paramount will release something to tide us over for Sonic 4.

I'm also keeping an eye on the movie thread, for any news on Streets of Rage, The House of the Dead or other Sega films in the works.

PC gaming related I see.
I'm more interested in Steam Machine than Steam Controller and Steam Frame, but the price are probably beyond way way more than my wallet could provide.
Still have my Steam Deck but now it's already struggling just to play Street Fighter VI online so I guess it's shown its age already.

For Sonic movies related, the Sonic Universe spin-off film is targeting a December 22, 2028 release so I guess it's still nothing for 2026. Meanwhile for Sonic games, Sonic Blitz will probably be released this year. But since it's a mobile game, I doubt you have any interest in it.

I don't need a Steam Machine given my computer is just as powerful as it is. I don't really need a Steam Deck either given I'm not one to go out and about with gaming.

Though, now that I think about it, I wonder if there is Steam Deck exclusive games? Such as games that use satnav like Pokémon Go! does?

Nah, I'm still kind of disappointed it's not a real-life card game. If it was, I'd be more interested.
But then again, given I doubt they would be sold locally where I live, scalpers would get to it, like they did with those Sonic M:tG cards.

But I often fantasize what a Sonic the Hedgehog or Sega All-Stars trading card game would be like. I think I would prefer Sega All-Stars because there would be much more content to work with.

Sadly no. Steam Deck is basically what it is ... playing games on handheld mode.
No exclusive games ever made for it.
Also there are many games on Steam didn't work on the Steam Deck too, usually old games.
We got to check the "Deck Verified'logo to ensure it would run great on Steam Deck, otherwise no guarantee.

Well, if Sonic Blitz is a success, they could make SEGA All-Star Blitz or SEGA Heroes Blitz later.

Well, these days it's all mobile phones. Though would be interested if the Steam Deck was exclusive for a satnav game.

Come to think about it, I wonder if the NDS could play a satnav game? Imagine Pokémon Go! on the N3DS!

Didn't you once told me the reason why Sega has abanoned the Sega All-Star series is because they lost confidence putting Sega brand on such games?
That and even Sega struggled getting licencing for each and every character... that they supposidly own.

That would be fun but too bad Steam Deck/NDS/3DS lacks built-in GPS hardware that's needed for satnav games.
They rely on Wi-Fi/Bluetooth for location data or requires an external USB/Bluetooth/peripheral GPS receiver for precise positioning,

Yeah, you're right.
They could but they wouldn't.
Best they would do is more Sonic games with guests from all other franchises
(just like Rumble and CrossWorlds).
