Get ready to tee off with Putt It! Par-Tee, the exciting new skill-based redemption game from SEGA Amusements that combines the thrill of mini golf with the classic fun of an alley roller. Up to six players can join the fun by linking three two-player cabinets, turning every round into a social, competitive mini-golf showdown. Players are paired with one of six quirky characters – Zorq the Alien, Hazel the Witch, Captain Mulligan, Dimples the Clown, Unit 32 the Robot, and Dr. Eagle – and race to score big as their characters progress across themed levels on-screen.

Presented in a quirky, golf-themed cabinet, Putt It Par-Tee features an individual player display so everyone can track their character’s progress. Spectators can also join the fun using the top-mounted billboard display, which shows all the action and keeps the crowd cheering.

Using a golf club, players putt balls into seven scoring holes before time runs out. Sink a shot, and another ball is automatically dispensed. In the final ten seconds, the Double Points Final Shot kicks in for an all-or-nothing finish. Score big, win tickets, and have a Par-Tee!

Let's GO-O-O-O!!! Is there any SEGA game that you wait most this year?

Right now, I'm more interested in what to play games with.

• Steam Controller, which has more buttons than I know what to do with, but imagine Crossworld while using the entire controller as a steering wheel!
• Steam Frame, been wanting to get back into VR gaming for a while. Given most of my gaming is on Steam, I'd say it was worth waiting for their new VR headset over buying whatever current in the VR market. Also, fuck Meta!
• Dreamcast Pro Controller (if any), pity Retro-Bit didn't release their Dreamcast controllers by Christmas marketing. Still waiting to see how that goes. More on my thoughts about it here.

Given my interest are mostly Sonic-orientated, other than mobile and comic content, as yet Sega hasn't announced anything brand-new for Sonic in 2026. I'm hoping for either a game announcement, or Paramount will release something to tide us over for Sonic 4.

I'm also keeping an eye on the movie thread, for any news on Streets of Rage, The House of the Dead or other Sega films in the works.

Nah, I'm still kind of disappointed it's not a real-life card game. If it was, I'd be more interested.
But then again, given I doubt they would be sold locally where I live, scalpers would get to it, like they did with those Sonic M:tG cards.

But I often fantasize what a Sonic the Hedgehog or Sega All-Stars trading card game would be like. I think I would prefer Sega All-Stars because there would be much more content to work with.
