That's not bad, still a bti dissapointing though, especially when psp2 seems to be way better than it's predecessor. Maybe it needs time, with this infinite thing coming out it might build some interest.
Well either way, it recored the biggest sales for any Phantasy Star game, the Dreamcast games in Japan did;
Phantasy Star Online

Life Time: 185,543
Phantasy Star Online V. 2
First Week: 108,411
Life Time: 167,345
The series has never managed to break the 200,000 barrier in Japan, so either way the portable titles really made a big splash for SEGA. Another thing to note is that PSP2 still managed to outsell every release on Phantasy Star Online on the Xbox and GameCube combined in North America, so it's done extremely well in regards to the series' sales history, even if sales declined from Phantasy Star Portable.
