I haven't tried JSRF on 360 for quite a while, but last time I did there was major slowdown on 99th Street.  Other than that it played fine for me.

Ditto with the slowdown on 99th street, it literally crawls to an almost stop.

The game remains playable though, and yes, I am using the combo disc.

Is the 99th street slowdown there even after the update that corrects the flaws that crackdude spoke of?

Are you guys playing on slim? I want to know if slim emulation is any different than original 360.  I'm would guess it is but just wanted confirmation.

k, thanks for update, dude.  Not sure this is a game changer for me but I sure don't like the thought of keeping my original Xbox just to play the game "perfectly".

To tell the truth I was thinking about getting an original Xbox for just that purpose... and for Crazy Taxi 3.  But I understand; it's a big piece of machinery to keep around for an occasional retro fix.
