Cooler weather is getting a huge thumbs up from me!

Cooler weather here just means impending harsh winter. Lots of snow, eyelashes freezing together, etc....
I miss summer already

Gotta trim those eye lashes! Only reason we have them was cuz in caveman times, we used our lashes to keep out the giant bugs. Now they're unnecessary, like ear lobes and baby toes.

I suppose that one of the very, very few advantages of living in the southern United States is that the winters aren't nearly as harsh as anywhere up north. Aside from last winter (when El Niño was acting up), we rarely ever have much in the way of snow. ^^;

Then again, whenever a heat wave comes. We have less of a dying for water/air affect then you guys do.

Not in Alabama. It's always very humid here, with quite a bit of rain in certain parts of the year. It's good for the skin. =)

Since we're on the subject, I lived in Penafiel, a little town up North, it's situated in a valley called Vale de Sousa.

It has one major issue, in the Summertime, it gets way too hot and in the winter it gets way too cold. It's easy to catch a cold up north.

Now that I've been living in a coastal city for over a year, I can safely say that it's much nicer, because it's never too hot and never too cold.

While renewing my vehicle registration tags, when I got to the page where you enter your plate number there actually was a help box below the entry field which read "Where do I find my license plate number?"

This odd post showed up on my timeline too. As soon as I moved my mouse over it, a retweet happened and I think private messages too. I heard about it spreading viruses and opening links to porn sites. Luckily, I use a good browser.
