Finished Bioshock 2 the other day, which was really fun.

Now I'm playing Splinter Cell Conviction and hooooooooooooooly shiiiiiiiiiiiit it's fucking outstanding.

It's really just such an awesome game and just oozes quality and style. The game is also really fun, I'm playing it on Realistic Difficulty which is actually quite tough, but fun. Only one part was really annoying and actually caused me to throw the controller, but apart from that it's alllll good baybee.

Having said that, it's Splinter Cell in name only, it's NOTHING like the old games which took some getting used to. I was continually trying to sneak through places without killing anyone or attracting any attention, but it never really worked. In this game you just have to murder EVERYONE in your way, fuck stealth. That mark and execute feature is necessary on Realistic, and it doesn't make the game as easy as it looks, since you need to do a hand to hand kill to get it, and even then it only can mark 2~3 people usually. Either way, great game so far.

Also playing Bioshock 2 Multiplayer, I'm up to rank 32 or so, I really want to get up to 40 so I can get 1K in this game!

I don't know if it's a language barrier that makes you come across as rude and condescending, or because you spam up the boards by posting in EVERY SINGLE thread, but sometimes you really piss me off.

It should be quite clear that my comment was more like a 'tell me more about Afterburner climax, I know anything about it, is it good/ worth buying?'

I've been earning more and more trophies on JC2  :mrgreen:. Even without online, this game still tops GTA IV.

I've been working on the last achievements for Borderlands, SASASR, and Afterburner Climax.  Afterburner is great.  I'm terrible at it, but the more you play, the more you unlock things that make it easier (DX) and therefore, you're able to get more achievements.  I think that's great.  ardcore gamers may feel like it's cheating, but there's always score attack for the purists, which is where the leaderboards come from anyway.

A nasty glitch in Sherlock Holmes vs Jack The Ripper just made me waste pretty much my entire progress thus far in the game. Damn it!

I'm with you. I love a game that rewards you even if you suck. Space Invaders Infinity Gene and Rez were also great at this. Sometimes it's late at night and I want to play the game, but I don't want to try to think about avoiding enemy fire. I just want to see pretty colors, die and respawn forever.

Played a metric buttload of Bioshock 2 multiplayer last night, really want to get ot level 40 so I can 1000 the game at some stage. It's also just a lot of fun.

Played a bit more SHining Force II on the train on the way to work this morning, also a fun game but I was kinda aimlessley wandering around trying to find some villiage most of hte time. It wasn't very clear where to go.

Wanted to go see a movie tonight, but everyone is busy or not interested, so I'll probably play some Conviction instead.
