MadeManG74 whooped me in MvC2 last night. I need an arcade stick and a moves list. The one downsode to XBLA games: no manual. Didn't help that it was the first time I played MvC2 in like 6 years.

I just got serious about getting a GP2X. It would solve my need for a NGPC and save me the price of importing games. There are also a load of GBA games I'd love to play, and Sonic CD on-the-go is very tempting.

Mahvel was fun the other day  :afroman:  You started to get your eye in towards the end and made a bit of a comeback too! Can't wait to have some matches in Super SFIV too.

I think you would love a GP2X Wiz, thats the model I got;

It comes with a touch-screen, meaning you can also emulate the old PC Adventure games. I've got Monkey Island 2 on mine, and had Sam and Max Hit the Road on it a while back as well. They work perfectly with all the graphics and sounds and touch-screen replacing the mouse.

Hooked on Sherlcok Holmes vs Jack The Ripper.

A great Adventure game well adapted for the 360.

I think I'm halfway through...

Ha! Thanks! Yeah, I was starting to get it at that last round.

What I really like about the GP2X (besides the technical abilities) is how it is a discreet handheld. Trust me, I love my Game Gear, Nomad and GBA SP, but those look like toys and I feel like a 'tard playing them on the way to work. At least with the GP2X, nobody knows what it is. :)

I've been playing the Just Cause 2 demo. I just love it so much. I had a shitty day at work yesterday, but then I got home, ate shrimp pasta, went for a run and then killed a bunch of fuckers on an island using motorcycles as missiles.

I also tried out the Final Fight: Double Impact demo. Great ports, but I wish these were in the XBLA Game Room.

I got Yakuza 2 a few days ago, so I have been playing that. Great timing as I have a lot of free time this week.

I think everything has been improved upon in so many ways. It is not one of my favorite games ever or anything, but I really have nothing to complain about. I guess I would prefer English voice acting, but that is only because I am tired of looking at the text and missing the characters animations.

Screw you text under people and me not knowing Japanese outside of a three year olds understanding!

Playing JC2. Even though it has no custom soundtracks, the trophies are just begging for me to earn 'em  :afroman:.

Once I get JC2 for the 360, I'm totally gonna be playing Indiana Jones and James Bond scores via the custom soundtracks. The game seems to call for it.

I played wii sports and I still think it's the best reason to get a Wii. It's all very simple and everyone loves it. Great for parties/girlfriends.

I like wen people say this.
Wii sports is the reason so many people have a wii, they play it at a friends and find it fun; then they get one and show some others wii sports and they in turn buy one.

Unfortunately people that buy a wii for wii sports generally stop using the console after a month or so, which is where the dust collector label must have come from.

Also, Rockband has been better for me for parties/ladies to play. And it has Modest Mouse and The Pixies!

It's such a lovely weekend here, so I've spent it getting the platinum trophies for infamous, sasar and modern warfare 2.
I'm at a grand total of 8 platinum trophies now!
