Can't help it since it's an anime that's released two decades ago with limited budget.

I believe there were likely other anime movies released around 2007 that did more with less budget Love & Berry had... which Google tells me was ¥500mil (or so Google AI told me that's what the film's budget was.)

But I'm pretty much MushiKing: Super Battle Movie was also released that year on that month, and it seems to have better CGI than Love & Berry had.

I see. Still it's easier to do CGI with bugs/animals/monsters than a human especially when it came to perceptual accuracy and emotional depth.
Also our brains are highly attuned to spotting subtle flaws in human anatomy and expression.

MushiKing: Super Battle Movie still had human-like characters (Popo and that dark wizard guy) that looked well animated.

Yeah, but they're not appearing as much as the Love and Berry girls.
Still may be there's another factor we don't know.
Time constraints or different team who worked on the animation

Its transcript could be auto-translated but they're not accurate enough, I still don't understand much.

What other Sega anime out there? I've already seen a few, but any I've unheard of?
