While almost all standard Steam wallet codes and game activation keys do not have an expiration date, there is few who had a limited lifespan and may expire after a specific date though (usually they're free codes given away by developers for review purpose but somehow the reviewer who got more than one that's supposed to be shared with their friends don't share them and sell them instead).
