I thought it meant they literally made new copies, but yeah... it is kind of confusing.
If they made new copies, that would be
Reprints, not Re-Stock.
And permission from SEGA would be needed which it's gonna be a long process.
So I guess Centrale's description (found a bunch of these in the back of the warehouse that we'd forgotten about) is more accurate.
Also could be from some collector.
I have a friend who had 50 copies of Asian version of Megadrive's Virtua Racing, all still in mint condition.
He never tell me where he got them all, but one day he needed to make a room for his collection, so he sold them $3 each to his friends.
