Limited Run Games releasing an English package version of the SEGA Astro City Mini

The Limited Run version of the SEGA Astro City Mini will only be limited to 3,500 units, which will probably make this version sought after in the collectors market compared to the regular Japanese version.
As far as I know, the SEGA Astro City Mini unit included inside the English packaging is exactly the same as the Japanese retail unit.

Management Buy Out at SEGA Amusements International Ltd.

SEGA Amusements International Ltd which is a wholly owned subsidiary of SEGA CORPORATION headquartered in Japan and has been at the core of distribution of amusement games to EMEA and USA markets is being acquired by its management team.
Industry veteran, Paul Williams who has been employed by SEGA for 22 years has led a Management Buyout (MBO) of the company.
The new company will retain the name SEGA Amusements International Ltd under a royalty agreement with SEGA CORPORATION.

Nexon invests $874 million in Hasbro, Bandai Namco, Konami, and Sega Sammy

Nexon, the Tokyo-based maker of Maplestory and other online games, has invested $874 million in Hasbro, Bandai Namco, Konami, and Sega Sammy.
Nexon said it has made an unrealized gain of $279 million on the long-term investments, but it has no intention of acquiring the companies or making activist shareholder proposals with the investments.

I did know the Columns games had characters. The picture actually missed some nameless characters out. Such as the protagonist and Surhands minions from Super COlumns and the Pyramid inhabitants from Columns III.

Still nice to know that someone in sega still acknowledge Columns had lore.

Yeah, I think because they are only showing one character from each title.
(exception for Columns III and Columns Crowns)
Still missing Sakura Wars and Ozamu Tezuka Columns, but that's understandable.
