Playpark (Asiasoft), we've already played Phantasy Star Online 2 six years before international release.
Unfortunately although it was popular, the service was discontinued due to problem of the licensing agreement between SEGA and Playpark.
It's operated for approximately three years, launching in early 2014 and closing on May 26, 2017.
And even our account on this SEA PSO2, which is already in english, could not be converted to international version (or JP version). They're non-transferable.
