Desperate times call for desperate measures.
The BBC may be the biggest news site in the world but it couldn't match the speed of social media like Facebook and Twitter.
No need given woke toxicity those sites have already.
I don't think Sonic will go there soon but other franchises might.
New character that was added to Catherine Full Body, Rin, I think is the most famous one :

I dunno who Rin is, but if she wears the fact she is trans like she's constantly waving a huge trans pride flag for everyone to see then yeah, I'd find that annoying, that she's just "there" as a token trans character. But if she's of genuine importance to the plot and the fact she is trans is just simply part of her ID and not there just to specifically market to an audience then that's fine. I don't mind trans people, heck Rin looks adorable, I'd date her if it leads that way. And I don't think it's "gay" to fall for a trans or a "trap" given they're suppose to follow a specific gender that may romantically or sexually appeal to others.

Sometimes bad attention is better than no attention at all.
Yeah, pretty much. "Butts on seats".

Well, since Rin is indeed important to the plot and also *VERY HUGE SPOILER* : Rin is an angel
I guess it's still okay then.
SEGA is still on the right track.

Sega Outrun Ferrari Testarossa Spider sold at auction on the weekend for £1,467,500

Quote
Frankston Roller City, 1987.

In between sessions on the rink, skating to the Top Gun soundtrack, a month's worth of grass-mowing and car-washing earnings were being shovelled into the greatest computer game machine that society had ever seen. Sega Outrun!
A coast-to-coast race against the clock, with the pumping electro-synth soundtrack second only to your choice of wheels; a convertible Ferrari Testarossa. A car so exotic, it was thought to never officially exist ... except that it did.

Yes. Even the article writer who was very knowledgeable in cars was surprised :

"A car so exotic, it was thought to never officially exist ... except that it did."
