I don't mind girls who think they're trash as long as they have some dignity or will at least "try".
But if they're all like "I am not worth your time.", "I'm worthless.", "I am but mere muck on boot." and be all give-upish and nonchalant about it then I can't be bothered. If it was a real person, then go for some therapy. But if she was part of an isekai thing, then such women are just dialogue-based escort quests.
