Will Sega have a conference/keynote in the show?

Was not Total War there and demostrated to a live crowd too?

Oh yeah, so... it was actually a great sucsess and mademan is wrong.

Indeed I am, I can't believe I forgot about Tota War being shown off. VT4 was a bit 'pffft' but Sonic Colours might be good and Total War was excellent.

In any event, looking forward to TGS much more than before!

Crazy Taxi - XBLA, PSN, 2010
K On - PSP, September 30th, 2010
Kurohyou: Ryu Ga Gotoku Shinshou - PSP, September 22nd, 2010
Ryu Ga Gotoku title
Sonic Adventure - XBLA, PSN, 2010
Sonic Colors - Wii, DS, Holiday 2010
Sonic Free Riders - Kinect, Late 2010
Sonic The Hedgehog 4: Episode I - XBLA, WiiWare, PSN, 2010
Vanquish - 360, PS3, October 21st, 2010
Virtual On Force - 360, December 22nd, 2010

That and maybe the Sonic and Monkey Ball 3DS titles. MAYBE the PSO tenth anniversary title, and maybe some Dreamcast to XBA/PSN ports, hopefully Shenmue. Don't think we'll see much of Virtua Tennis 4 or Shining Hearts. Does SEGA show arcade games at TGS? Maybe some VF5:FS?

Well, I got six out of ten. Seven if you count the new Yakuza. Not bad, huh?

Can't believe they aren't showing Sonic 4, though.

Ok the lineup is very good, but:

1) there are no surprises(again), Yakuza:The End and Valkyria3 will occupy two empty slots; about Yakuza there were words already this spring while val3 was almost revealed in these days.

2)As I'm sure many SEGAbits members, I would have liked a greater number of "BIG" titles, exp. : PSO2, VFFS, a new Shinobi, Shining Force 4(but when ever!), or new IP, not to mention the huge catalog of old masterpieces from which to draw.

Well, if there was to be a surprise, wouldn't it make sense that we wouldn't know about it yet?

I wouldn't count out VF FS just yet, although it may not be a shoo-in. I think that will definitely make it to console (Don't forget the strong rumour I posted on the front page a while back, I really think that has some creedence. The same guy leaked KOF XIII about a month before it was announced) even if it's not announced at TGS.

Which is why I don't understand folks who want a controller option. If they included a controller option, then Kinect would lose out on an accessory exclusive title and Free Riders would be a pointless sequel to Riders Zero Gravity. I'll bet you SEGA didn't even consider Free Riders existing until the Kinect was initially announced. I'll also bet that MS helped fund a portion of Free Riders in exchange for no controller option. That, or it is just too taxing on the dev team to develop two control layouts. It's like complaining about Sonic CD not having a cartridge version or Chaotix not being on the standard Genesis.
These games are just experimental cash ins so they can get a handle of the hardware/add on, that's why its cheaper for them to use existing game codes rather then create a game from the ground up because if kinetic doesn't take off their R+D investment would be minimal. The money part because it'll hopefully make a reasonable profit. Saying that though i know SOJ are supposed to be planning two new games for these new add ons.

The 360 'is suppose' to get 15 titles from SEGA, PS3 and Wii only 11 each. That would mean that 4 are exclusive to 360 (and/or PC).

If the press release is to be believed. All we have seen is Sonic Riders Kinect game and Virtual On Force. Hummm.

Yakuza: The End 360 exclusive, it's obviously aimed at the Gears of War demograph.

Actually... you know I could see Shenmue working on Kinect. Before I get lynched, hear me out.

I could see it being played with a controller for the fighting (since there is a delay in motion detection. Not huge, but it's enough that I wouldn't want to play a fighting game with it) and for navigating the world. But you could use kinect to pick up and examine objects and look around rooms etc. I think it could really add to the immersion. Some of the QTE's could possibly work well with it, requiring you to jump during chase scenes etc.

Having said that, I would rather have it on a regular controller only, but I do think it wuoldn't be horrible on Kinect.

I can see where you are coming from, but I would rather not risk it. I must admit I really do not like any motion control... Feels like they are trying to re-invent the wheel.

Give me a good old fashion joypad anyday! =D
(lol joypad.)

I was saying for awhile that Shenmue would be really cool with Kinect, but at the end of the day, yeah I would prefer a controller.

It would be cool though.
